Screenshot not detected
Use a clear, full-width screenshot of the profile grid. If automatic detection misses the first row, open Adjust and align the guide with the top of that row.
HEIC photos
Feed Draft supports photos selected through the iPhone photo picker. If a file cannot be opened, export it as JPEG or PNG and try again.
Subscriptions
Purchases are managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen when moving to another device or reinstalling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
